MATTHEW MCMAHON PH.D.
Matthew McMahon is an expert economist with a robust research and management background. His expertise includes litigation support, economic analysis, financial modeling, business valuation, public policy analysis, business analytics, and macroeconomic forecasting.
Dr. McMahon has assisted several attorneys and consulting firms in determining economic damages relating to employment litigation, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation. In addition, he has consulted in the areas of public policy analysis, business valuation, and developing econometric and statistical machine learning models for various applications.
Dr. McMahon earned his Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University’s department of politics and economics. His dissertation applies machine learning techniques to predictive models of financial crises. Matthew teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in finance at California State Polytechnic University of Pomona’s department of finance, real estate and law, as well as economics courses at California State University of San Bernardino’s department of economics.
