Have a Case? Send Us the File.

You already have the complaint, records, or opposing expert report. Securely send the materials and our team can review the matter, clear conflicts, assess the economic issues, and contact you regarding scope and next steps.

No account. No lengthy intake form. Just send the file.

Confidential material? Clear conflicts first. Public filings, such as a complaint, can be sent now. Send confidential or protective-order material after we confirm we are clear — check conflicts with party names only.

Questions attorneys ask

Is the upload secure?

Yes. Files move over an encrypted connection into the ShareFile account controlled by Forensic Economic Services. Nothing you upload is public, and access is limited to our team. Please do not send highly sensitive information by ordinary email.

Do I need to complete an engagement agreement before uploading?

No. You can send materials so that we can review the matter, identify the right economist, and run any necessary conflict check. If the materials are confidential or covered by a protective order, send the party names first so we can confirm we are clear. Engagement, if any, is handled separately in writing.

What if I do not yet have all of the records?

Send what you have. A complaint or demand letter alone is usually enough for us to review the matter and tell you what else would be needed. You can return to the same link and add materials at any time.

When will someone get back to me?

A member of our team reviews new submissions promptly and will contact you once the initial review and any conflict check are complete. If you are working against a near-term trial, mediation, or disclosure deadline, say so when you upload — or call us directly — so the review can be sequenced accordingly.

Does sending files create an expert engagement?

No. Sending files does not create an engagement or attorney-client relationship. Any engagement is subject to conflict review, agreement on scope, and a fully executed written engagement agreement.

Submission of materials does not create an engagement, attorney-client relationship, or obligation by Forensic Economic Services. Please do not submit materials if you believe doing so would create a conflict or violate a protective order.
